PETS:
Small and medium size allowed if used to living indoors. Any damage will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the dining room. Final cleaning fee to be agreed with the hotel.

TOURIST TAX:
€1.50 per person per day (children under 14 excluded), for a maximum of 10 days.

Included free of charge for stays from 2 to 21 nights.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit via bank transfer (amount communicated at the time of booking).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- up to 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded
- from 29 to 15 days before arrival: deposit can be used for a future stay of equal duration within the following season
- from 14 days before arrival: deposit retained as penalty
In case of late arrival or early departure, unused nights will be charged (room only) up to a maximum of 3 nights.

CHECK-IN: from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (please inform us if arriving after 6:00 PM)
CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 AM on departure day
Late check-out available on request with supplement.

Located in a panoramic and quiet area, in the midst of greenery, in Stava - Tesero (Trentino)

Our rooms are all comfortable, with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, TV, telephone, safe and some also have a balcony.

The hotel has a restaurant, bar, lift, TV/reading room, fitness area, ample parking and garden. Accessible to disabled people.

As a guest, you will receive a free FiemmE-Motion Guest Card, through which you can take advantage of some recreational activities and have access to public transport and numerous museums and natural parks.
