PETS: small and medium size as long as they are used to living in an apartment. In case of damage we ask for reimbursement. I cannot enter the dining room. Cost to be agreed with the hotel for final cleaning supplement.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:
- From 0 to 14 days before arrival the deposit will be retained by the hotel.
- from 15 to 29 days before arrival it can be used for a subsequent stay, of equal or greater duration, to be taken within 1 year.
- up to 30 days before arrival it will be refunded.

CHECK-IN: from 2:00 pm
CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 on the day of departure

TOURIST TAX-LOCAL CONTRIBUTION: € 2.50 per day per person, excluding children under 14 years of age and for a maximum period of 10 days.
